Since moving to Vancouver in 2005, she has been in project and client account management roles, including running web and print campaigns from inception to completion. She was the first production manager at Dig Media in 2008; she left briefly, but rejoined the company in 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of the Philippines.
MGX Minerals Inc. (CSE:XMG) reported that field reconnaissance at the Kootenay Silica prospect has been completed, with rock chip samples sent to ALS Minerals for whole rock analysis. At Driftwood Magnesium, re-assaying of historical drill core is underway – this will be used to construct a resource model that includes both eastern and western zones. A mine plan for Driftwood is also in the works.
MGX Minerals Inc. (CSE:XMG) reported that it has started preliminary environmental baseline studies at the Driftwood Creek magnesium property in British Columbia. Re-assaying of 2008 drill core from the “Western Zone” is also underway. Upon completion of the data analysis, MGX engineering consultants will construct an updated block model that includes data from both the Western and Eastern mineralized zones.

MGX Minerals Inc. (CSE:XMG) is set to acquire a 100% interest in 166 contiguous hectares covering a known high-purity silica prospect in the Golden mining district of southeastern British Columbia. Under the terms of the Acquisition Agreement, MGX will issue 100,000 shares to AMY as well as grant a 0.5% Net Smelter Royalty on any future production.
Nevada Clean Magnesium (TSXV:NVM) is focused on becoming a major U.S. producer and distributor of high grade, low cost magnesium from its Tami-Mosi property in Nevada. Under a joint-venture agreement with Norwegian company ScanMag AS, ScanMag will provide USD $5 million to Nevada Clean to help develop the property.
MGX Minerals Inc. (CSE:XMG) signed a technical services agreement with Electra Gold Ltd. (TSXV:ELT). MGX will provide engineering support to Electra’s Apple Bay Alumina-Silica Quarry mining operation near Port Hardy on Vancouver Island. MGX benefits from this services agreement by revenue and its equity stake in Electra.
Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV:NVM,FWB:M1V,OTC:MLYFF) reported the restructuring of its originally announced Joint Venture terms with ScanMag AS: $5 million USD total contribution from ScanMag AS to Nevada Clean Magnesium, payable over 4 years, commencing with the first major payment of $2,000,000 within 12 months; 10% pre-financing equity in ScanMag dilutable down to 2% undiluted interest; NCM and ScanMag will establish a separate technical development company for the testing of aspects of the magensium processing proof of concept through a 50-50 owned Norwegian subsidiary based in Glomfjord, Norway.
